TGI Friday`s in Melbourne

Spectacular service for a birthday celebration even running on low resources having just opened up a bit.Food was awesome, tasty and came out quick and tasted freshly prepared, good vibe, good music, comfortable, dug the aesthetic.Nice to see good options and accommodations for kids and vegans/vegetarians as well.Had a cinnamon cheesecake that shook me to my core. Less of a food and more of something that happened to me. Don't take my word for it. Try it. It's profound.

Been a very long time since stopping into Fridays. Gotta say they really have changed the menus. The salad and sandwich selections were excellent and so was the drinks. Had the 1mil Cobb salad with a bowl of French onion soup and a berry mojito. The server Kyle was very helpful and attentive to our questions. Will definitely be back

Zero stars. Was seated and never had anyone come by for drink orders or anything else for 20 minutes. There were very few people eating so that did not appear to be the problem. I went to the bar to find someone and there were only customers, no workers. Went to leave and there was not even the greeter around. Very poor customer service.

We went in just to have drinks. Kyle took us to be seated in the upper level by the bar, but we insisted to be at a high top near the bar because we didn't want to bother a waiter. The female bartender reacted poorly to this. Luckily Kyle took care of us; he acknowledged the situation and served us quickly. I was very impressed with his attentiveness and even treatment of customers.

This is the place to celebrate a birthday! Great service, friendly staff. Affordable menu with quite a variety. They offer specials and have a happy hour from the bar. I love their fun atmosphere :)

Well. I ordered a burger & fries.! The cost of the burger & fries did not match. Way over priced, and they asked how i would like the burger cooked. I said well done throughout. It was not. I did not have it corrected be cause i've been there done that, and its just not worth it. There just wasnt that bang of a deal. The survice was good even though they were short handed. We had to wait extra long for our burgers but that was ok. I would rather of had lousy service, and a good burger. Mind u this was my first time in a Friday's restaurant.... I am a cheff.... TGI Fridays' time has come and gone. This place continues to go downhill. It's not just this location, it is the chain overall. My son really wanted the mozzarella sticks so on to TGI Fridays we went. The mozzarella sticks were not good. Not sure how you mess these up but they did. He also got the boneless wings which were soggy as if they had been sitting in their sauce under a heat lamp or worse, microwaved. I had the Chinese salad which was actually decent. Chicken was cooked perfectly and the lettuce was crisp - good job. Service was OK. Nothing to write home about. Perfectly friendly but you can tell no one really wants to be there. Not going back.

Samuel is a Five Starr Waiter.....Our family went in for lunch today. Mom arrived earlier and got our table. I was disappointed to see we didn’t have either of our favorite waitresses. Well for once it was a pleasant surprise. Samuel, our waiter was on point! Of course each person ordering specialized their meal. The order came out error free! He checked on us periodically and never let our glass get empty. Although half of the meals were not great the service was exceptional!!!

The Jack Daniels chicken was really good but it was smaller then the menu photo. The service and management here are better then any other place with this style of dinning. The food is good but they are copping out of quality and putting bacon on almost everything.

Okay food, could be better. The price doesn't really match the quality and description of the food doesn't match what comes out. The Parmesan platter was dosed in sauce and was unbearably sour. Overall waiting service was good and was fast. Courteous and made sure drinks were always filled. Only downside is quality to price.

Always open late, great for flight crews getting into the hotel late at night. Friendly staff, good food. And props for staying open and getting people food amongst all of the current insanity.

Emily was amazing in serving our party of 3 on the Superbowl night! It was a quiet night, surprisingly, but she was amazing in providing meals up to the standards, and drinks delivered to the table quickly! Her personality was a huge plus and her face was never seen without a smile, which left us a great impression of a great and genuine American restaurant service and experience, which is sometimes lacking at other restaurants! Keep up the good work, Emily; and management - give her a raise ASAP - she deserves it! Thank you once again!

Floor stuck to feet when you walked. The tables were sticky had debris on floor and our booth. I only ordered soup and my guy got loaded potatoes they were so hard he could not eat them. Our waitress seemed very annoyed. I thought maybe she thought because our bill was low she would not get a good tip, to bad because I always over tip. Unfortunately she took a really long time never came to see if we needed refills.

Absolutely a wonderful experience thanks to Patrick the bartender and Daniel GM of the kitchen. Fridays didn't have a hot sauce like my husband loves and Patrick went above! and made a perfect sauce that made my husband happy to eat with his ribs. Daniel, the GM in the kitchen made green goddess dressing for our salads, because Fridays no longer provided it as shown on their menu on the internet. If you visit TGI Fridays in W. Melbourne! You will be pleased with their service and satisfying their customers.

Their revamped menu is really impressive and worth trying. I had the NY strip steak and the wife had the chicken. The cheese cake was really good and soft. Excellent taste and excellent service!

we no longer think of going back to this restaurant because at the end of dinner the waiter pressed his tip of 20% himself. without leaving us the choice to choose. really, well done, waiter.

Very clean which I have always wanted from any restaurant. Food is great. Go away too full.

The sweet and unsweet tea was good... The New York strip was ok. The loaded potato skins were super over-processed as were the boneless wings. Our waiter was very friendly, feel bad that he had to wear that mask. Atmosphere was too loud, and many drunks arguing.

Not a friendly environment anymore due to covid restrictions..use to be my favorite place on weekends to eat and enjoy..seems like the food quality and service has diminished..good bye Friday's I will miss you but it's not worth it anymore.

The waitress was super cool and helpful. The food was hot and fresh from the kitchen. The thing that was confusing was the hostess didn't know the store hours? We were told they closed at a different time than what was on the door and what was on Google. So we were kinda confused why we were being seated even though they were closing. I belive he meant the kitchen closed, but none of it lined up 🤷‍♂️

It was a quiet night at Friday's. We did the 2 apps + 2 entrees + 2 dessert. We both got the chicken and shrimp. The apps came out in a reasonable time choose the pretzel with cheese and the mozzarella sticks. Dinner came out , shrimp cam out hot my mashed potatoes where yummy but felt like they could have been hot. The server was friendly.

Good took 45 minutes and had been sitting under the heater too long.

Terrible service, sticky floors, dirty restroom, food quality deteriorating since we used to go, portions inconsistent, brown cold brocolli, dry salmon. We went on Oct 27th around 8pm. This used to be a great place, always full, not now. It was nearly empty yet still awful. Never saw a manager Zoom in on pics to see how dirty all round toilets, floors.

Really clean the staff was very nice as well nina was are waitress nothing but good to say we will be back before of the great time thank you tgif for making us feel normal again in this tough times

My husband and I came here for my birthday because we really like the idea of the Endless apps. We were excited because we saw the commercials of stuff that was added on from the last time that we were there. But now unfortunately they up the price and yes they did add two new items but they also took two items off that were originally there. The ones that they took off or surely the ones that my husband and I wanted. The girl who was taken care of us was very soft-spoken and really didn't have any character. So the service was average at best. The food is always good so I really can't complain about that. For the most part the place is usually clean. The girl did take care of our drink refills promptly.

We really enjoyed our server Kyle Lambert , he took care of our family of 5 including our small kids. One of the best servers of all time!!! The manager was a great guy too. One of our best restaurant experiences was here at Friday's in Melbourne!!!

The food and service was great THANKS Kyle!!! We had a wonderful time except for the bartender, not sure what was going on but every few minutes she was screaming at all the employees, slamming glass bottles down to one point screaming at our server for something he didn't do. We witnessed a couple at the bar who couldn't take it anymore and got up and left very angry. I hope the next time we go somethings have changed but overall it was the nice.

Bathrooms were disgusting, locks on stall doors broke, toilets won't flush. Service was slow, even though the place was dead.

Mark Took my order. When I got there, No one’s there was to greet me at the door. Mark did a good job taking my order but he did not see my order through. I had to ask for napkins, utensils, and condiments And made it specific I needed them over the phone. I also asked for water With ice to go and did not get it. The lady training Mark was rude. Poor service at this location! Food was great!

Tho there weren't many customers, service was slow, food wasn't as good as in the past. I'm guessing they're still finding their way back to some sense of normalcy as we endure the new COVID19 world. I do like some of the new adaptations of social distancing... more space between tables, fewer people allowed in at any given time. Just not sure it's sustainable long term

We had the chicken wings with the whiskey flavor a little on the sweet side but tasty.. also the SIGNATURE WHISKEY-GLAZED SLIDERS with the same kind of sauce then we got the Loaded Potato Skins Everything was cooked perfect and tasted good and fresh .

Bartender was very cordial and nice. Whiskey glazed ribs r my new favorite here. They were amazing!!

The service is just fine, but it seems who over is managing the place doesn't understand, that two servers cannot take care of a packed restaurant on a Saturday night. That's just cruel to them, and unfair to me as the customer, who has to wait twice as long for food and drinks. Not to mention my server could not even engage in small talk, or stand at our table long enough to make eye contact.

Today on Sunday December 8th 2019 me and my family went to Fridays to have dinner. We got there but seeded everything was normal 20 minutes later no waitress or anything. My wife got up went to the concierge and asked if we had a waitress or not. Came back we were seated and still no waitress or waiter we watch other guests come in and get served and we weren't even acknowledge of being there. I love Fridays but the customer service is really starting to go down and it still seems like no one cared about our issues so we left.

We had a very nice time and the food and service were great actually. Wear a jacket. It's cold inside.

The atmosphere is extremely relaxing. Just a good time. Every time.

Quesadilla is tops. All servers are witty, helpful, kind, and quick. Hosts and hostesses are welcoming.

We hadn't been here in years, but they were the only place that could hold our birthday party of seven and meet the CDC guidelines. We will be back. The atmosphere and energy made it fun from the start, but our server Daniel stole the show. He catered to our every need, but wasn't stuffy, he was genuinely funny and wanted us to have a memorable event. The food was outstanding with choices for every taste and diet in our group. Let's not forget the $5 drink specials. The layout is ideal for anyone testing the waters to go back out and eat because it is separated in sections - we actually felt like e were alone. The yummy food and outstanding service will keep you coming back long after the pandemic.
